The node is back up after a year offline! At a different location, as I’m “between homes” right now.
Node 57080 is my Allstarlink Lego Box Pi3B node, built, configured and sold to me by eBay user Willywoe. It allows me to connect to Hubnet and Echolink over t’internet from a small, low power 70cm band Amateur Radio walkie-talkie (Baofeng BF-88), if I’m within 50 metres of the house.

To be honest, we all have those Facebook “friends” that we only keep linked to because either we have to work with them, are distantly related to them. or don’t trust them and think they need to be kept an eye on.
So, how can you see how deeply reprehensible they are? Well one was is to check your Friends list for dodgy page likes. You really don’t want to go down this rabbit hole
Recently I got utterly titsed off with my ISP denying that there was a problem with my connection. At certain times every day, my connection would drop, I would ring them up, and they would claim there wasn’t a fault.
