The surface tension of vodka would not support the weight of a duck. That, combined with the denisity of the fluid means that yon duck would sink almost immediately. So the duck sinks straight away to the bottom and can only inhale vodka, and not air. The duck would suffocate/drown long before it could get drunk. Don’t be cruel to ducks.
